I landed at this hotel as I was late making a booking for our visit to Hossegor. I was instantly welcomed by the front desk staff and in particular Margo who was 1st class. She spoke exceptionally good English which was so helpful. Margo made dinner reservations, booked us bikes and taxis and served drinks. 🙏 The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. We had stunning views of the lake which was a joy to wake up too. The breakfast room and dining hall all run by a friendly accommodating team of staff. Food was excellent. So to conclude if you’re in hossegor and need a place to stay then this hotel will not disappoint.

An excellent hotel overlooking the lake. Useful for those with walking difficulties as it has a lift to all floors. Wide panoramic views from bedroom windows with a balcony. Private parking. Very clean with large comfortable double bed and nice pillows. Our room was on the first floor which had air conditioning and metal roller blinds on the outside of the window. Wi fi was good and free. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We stay on half board but eventually ate lunch at the hotel as the food was so good that we could not find better elsewhere. The reason We could not give it 5 points was because there was no coffee or tea making facilities in our room, the lady showing us to our room only explained that breakfast times and nothing about the room, there was no brochure about how to operate the air con and blinds or any details of the local area including Doctors and other services. We did enjoy ourselves though.

Nice room with mezzanine floor with beds for children so better than the usual sofa pullout bed filling the room as is usual for 4 people. Very clean with lovely view of the lake and a balcony with table and chairs was a bonus. Very helpful polite reception staff. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food, but a good restaurant within walking distance. A little bit out of the town but we hired bikes from the hotel and had a nice day out on them. Can’t fault it for the price!

Insonorisation très moyenne restaurant très bien.l emplacement super mais on entend la route. Les toilettes des voisins. Boules quies obligatoire.le personnel super à l' écoute. Ils valent tous une augmentation. Le poète des 200 mots a disparu trop long

Nous avons fait étape une nuit dans cet hôtel au retour de vacances. L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de la petite ville animée d'Hossegor et à 800 m de la plage. Le lac est juste en face - nous n'y sommes pas allés mais nous avons vu depuis notre fenêtre de nombreuses personnes s'y baigner. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, pas très grande mais jolie et agréable. Le parking est sûr et pratique. La chambre était très petite et la salle-de-bains minuscule. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel, mais avons mangé sur la terrasse de notre chambre, ce qui était appréciable. Le personnel était correct sans non plus être particulièrement chaleureux. Le prix nous a semblé trop élevé pour le niveau de confort, mais c'est une région chère de toute façon. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre court séjour dans la région.

Wij waren hier op een tussenstop op weg naar Spanje . Leuk hotel , mooi gelegen , prima kamer met zicht op de lac . Klein zwembad . Vriendelijk personeel,. Goed restaurant , soms lange wachttijden . Ontbijt niet genomen . In de buurt oesterbars , vers van de kwekerij .

Hotel de vacaciones, al lado del lago y cerca del mar en la costa de Las Landas. Habitación agradable con buena terraza. No nos gustó, como pasa también en otros hoteles franceses, que estuviese el inodoro completamente separado del cuarto de baño. Aceptable desayuno por 16 euros. Cenamos una noche, sin más. Agradable piscina. Personal simpático. Eso sí, se necesita coche para ir a cualquier parte. Ah! y cuidado con los mosquitos!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il accepte les chiens. Et bien, on peut le choisir pour plein d'autres choses...! Un personnel aux petits soins sans l'être trop. La chambre est très propre, très silencieuse et la literie parfaite. La climatisation est très efficace sans faire de bruit. Le restaurant est délicieux. Un parking privatif est à disposition. Bref, presque parfait. Presque parce que si on veut être exigeant, il manque un frigo dans la chambre. Lorsqu'il fait très chaud, c'est sympa de monter sa bouteille et de la garder fraiche. Mais bon, là je pinaille... :-)
