"Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻"

"The hotel environment is very comfortable, European decoration style, the whole stay process is pleasant and assured, the sanitation is very timely, the front desk supervisor Xu, the guest relations director Sofia and the front desk receptionist Zhang Jie, the processing process is very meticulous, the service is intimate, and the people are very nice. The layout of the room is very warm and all kinds of facilities are available. The breakfast was very rich and the taste was super good. Very recommended, will come again next time!"

"I stay at the Ratu Hotel every time I come back. The hotel rooms are large, with independent work desks. They are very clean and have good sanitary conditions. It makes people feel at ease. The facilities are complete. There is also a gym on the third floor. Except for the lack of a swimming pool, everything else is perfect. It is really great. The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, as well as local snacks. The WiFi in the rooms is independent, the speed is fast and very secure. The biggest feature of this hotel is the good service. They are very warm and polite from the front desk to the room attendants, especially Manager Wang at the front desk. He is kind and enthusiastic. He also helped me with the upgrade service. He is very enthusiastic. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay this time."

"It was a bumpy but satisfying accommodation experience. We drove all the way from Shanhaiguan to get here. After dinner, it was almost ten o'clock. We were here to say sorry to the hostess for disturbing us so late. The hostess was very attentive and gave us the location and directions. I like the decoration style when I stay. It has complete facilities and is clean (you can tell it's very clean just by looking at the toilet). I like the shower and shampoo and shower fragrance the most (ps: it smells good). There's also a small balcony where we can sit and bask in the sun. It's a pity for us. I checked in too late and didn't have time to experience it. All in all, it feels more like home than a stylized hotel. Thanks to the host lady 🙏"
