I had just returned from a trip to Easter Island which was wonderful, but I wanted to start the New Year off with some Elegant Southern Hospitality! The Reserve exceeded my expectations! Perfect location, and the attention to details all spot on thanks to Katelyn! Delicious Breakfast too! I highly recommend The Reserve if you plan a trip to Hot Springs!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Reserve! The gated property, house, and décor were just stunning. It was quiet, peaceful, and the room was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding, and we really appreciated the access to high quality coffee, tea, and snacks at our convenience. This is the only place we would stay when we return to Hot Springs.

My Airbnb was a disaster and luckily for me the Reserve had a last minute spot. Beautiful place, all decorated for the holidays. My favorite spot in Hot Springs - clean, comfy and welcoming. I’ve stayed just about everywhere in this town and this is the best.

This was an amazing place. We stayed in the legacy smaller house but it was perfect. Our room was sparkling clean and so relaxing . The whole house is beautifully decorated. We loved sitting on the porch of the main house. We would definitely go back again.

We spent three nights at The Reserve and we were not disappointed. The property was beautiful. The staff were friendly and committed to a fabulous guest experience! The best part was the breakfasts, two courses - one savory and one sweet and they were spectacular! This is the place to stay in Hot Springs!

Beautiful gated property, delightfully restored spaces, and delicious two course breakfast! From the moment you enter the property at the private gate, you are enveloped into a gorgeous garden landscape. Both the main house and Legacy house have been restored to perfection. Our room was not only beautiful but also clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had everything we needed and were able to walk to the race track to enjoy a day of racing. On our last day, we enjoyed the most delicious breakfast I’ve ever had from the sweetest staff. The dining room was absolutely stunning! We will highly recommend this to everyone traveling to Hot Springs going forward. Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway.

What a magnificent place! It's like an oasis in their middle of the desert, since the surrounding neighborhood isn't very nice, but the Reserve and its grounds are five star. Kaitlyn, the manager Nathan, the chef provided impeccable service and extraordinary food. I've never had such luxurious breakfasts! The house and the furnishings are stunning, including period furniture, art and incredible fixtures. Our room was beautiful, including some nice surprises when we arrived. Kaitlyn explained the history of the property and was generous with recommendations for the area. Since we are from New England, I'm not sure how many people we will personally get to recommend to go there, but hope this review will do that. Definitely an experience to remember.
