"Location is easily accessible to restaurants, supermarket & laundry service. Service is prompt & friendly. Haven't got time to use the hotel facilities. Cleanliness is ok except sometimes will forget to top up water, towels or toiletries. Was pretty upset during Thurs night stay 25 September 2025 where hotel is fully booked by a group of students age 18-20s. Not hotel's fault but these students - press lift buttons of all floors causing inconvenience to hotel guests - at night 11.30pm ring a few room bells 🔔 & ran away Had complain to front desk, she helped to call upon the group leaders to apologize."

"My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it."

"I recently stayed at Microtel by Wyndham Acropolis for 5 days and 4 nights. The property exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, food quality, and location. It's proximity to Eastwood makes it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the rates are quite affordable, offering great value for the services provided. One area that could be enhanced is the breakfast buffet selection, as a wider variety of options would elevate the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others seeking comfort, convenience, and affordability."

"This is the ideal accomodation for people who will be taking their board exam at New Era University as it is a walking distance. The hotel is generous enough to provide packed meals for the takers who don't have time for the buffet breakfast from 6:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Everyone is polite and welcoming. However, based on our experience on the room itself, the bathroom drains too slowly leaving us with wet floors. The air conditioner drips and releases a foul smell that cannot be eliminated by disinfecting sprays, and the bed is too sunken creating loud noises even in slightest movements. Regardless, thank you, Microtel by Wyndham UP Technohub, for accommodating us and being part of my board examination journey."

"When I stayed, there was a massive blackout. About 11 pm the hotel redirected us to a sister hotel. Maybe they can have a better arrangement in the future."

"Our stay was generally pleasant. The customer service was excellent from the guard to the receptionist and the staff who assisted us, everyone was courteous and accommodating. However, since the room is quite old and outdated, it would be great if they could improve some amenities. Providing complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries (such as a toothbrush) would be appreciated. Adding hand towels, updating the bed sheets to a softer texture, and replacing the old chair — which may pose some risk — would also enhance the guest experience. Additionally, upgrading the TV amenities would make the stay more enjoyable."

"Stayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday. The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms. The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool. We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery. The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite. And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional. Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year! P.S. If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind: The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead. Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an extra eye out."
