Chiang Rai Hotels with Hot Tub

"Summary I stayed at this riverside hotel and overall had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent for short taxi trips into town, the spa was a highlight and the bar food and drinks were excellent. Service-wise they were helpful (they arranged drivers for us). The one real downside was the buffet breakfast, which offered very little for vegetarians. My experience I found the hotel comfortable and relaxing. The riverside setting gives it a calm vibe, and it’s only a short taxi ride to the town centre — handy when you want to get out and explore. We spent an afternoon in the spa and both the massage and the facilities were excellent; it was definitely one of the best parts of our stay. Food & drink The bar was a pleasant surprise: the food we tried there was tasty and the drinks were very well made. It was a nice spot for an evening drink and casual dining. Service Staff were friendly and proactive. They were very helpful organising transport — first getting us a local driver, and later arranging a driver to take us on to Chiang Mai, which made travel logistics easy. Location Riverside position is great for atmosphere, and the short taxi ride to town makes it convenient without being in the centre. Good for a quieter base with easy access to sights. Downside The buffet breakfast was disappointing for vegetarians — options were limited, so if you don’t eat meat you may find breakfast choices sparse. If you’re vegetarian I’d recommend checking whether the kitchen can make something off‑menu, or planning to eat elsewhere. Would I recommend it? Yes — especially if you value a relaxed riverside setting, a strong spa and good bar food, and need help with local transport. If you’re vegetarian and rely on hotel breakfasts, be aware the buffet selection is limited."

"The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel and Convention is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel offers ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Its location near the town center makes it convenient for exploring, yet it remains calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers great variety, adding excellent value to the overall experience. Definitely worth the money paid for such comfort and quality service!"

"Booked 2 rooms for family trip. All good except during late check in, 1 room door cannot tap open due to low battery. Another room with torn bedsheet. While waiting for the chamber staffs to change the bedsheet, they simply put all the pillows and blankets on the floor. Are all the bedding being put on the floor when they clean up the room? Unfortunately I don’t have the photos to share as only stay a night."

"Quite good. But we left some stuffs at the hotel on check out date and when I called , they said they didn’t find but when I go back and have a look, I found it under their lobby table. Maybe not good English and cannot understand me. Overall the hotel is quite good and clean"

"Environment: Quiet in a busy area, very close to Chiang Rai Night Market and the bus station, with convenient transportation. Facilities: There is a small garden and swimming pool, a lounge area that provides free coffee and small change from morning to night, and sandwiches in the afternoon. The room has a small balcony facing the swimming pool, with a coffee table where you can have a drink in the evening. Hygiene: The sanitation is very good. Service: The service of this hotel is the most meticulous I think so far. All the staff will stop and greet you in advance when they meet you, which many hotels cannot do. The training is in place, and someone will come to assist every time you park."

"The Riva Vista hotel was beautiful designed property, we loved it all, the service was friendly, the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu were great, very delicious food, attentive service, on a wonderful setting it is just few steps from the Blue Temple, that makes it convenient, but far from downtown."

"We love our stay at the Riverie. The guest services team were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and amenities were great! I love the pool and water slides. Unfortunately, we were not able to use them as it was too cold outside. Highly recommend this hotel."
