來到了維也納前台的服務非常的好，房間既乾淨又衞生，房間打掃也非常的及時，前台小姐姐還温馨的給我們免費送了礦泉水，前台的小姐姐都非常的有禮貌且可愛，這個房間是我住過維也納以來最好的維也納房間，既大又温馨，衞生設施也也非常的好，總之性價比非常的高，如果來和田的話，選擇他家是沒錯的，絕對不會踩坑！

地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生整體給人一種簡單乾淨整潔的感覺，服務人員很熱情，樂於供給各種幫忙，前台小姑娘們十分熱情，洗衣機和家裡的不太一樣，客房服務員很熱情的幫忙指導，洗完後還送到了房間裏，讓人倍感温馨，，值得推薦。早餐味道也不錯，酒店的整體感覺非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善，有健身房早上可以跑步。員工服務熱情周到，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖，提出的問題前台也很熱情的幫忙解決，給我們推薦了好多好玩的地方，走的時候還送了濕巾和旅遊指南報紙，強烈推薦這家酒店，服務真的很不錯。

房間佈局還好，隔音效果太差，服務嘛，沒有服務，幾瓶洗護套裝還用卡扣卡起來，是怕我給你偷走嗎，那服務員隨意進出客房，隨意侵犯客户私隱，怎麼沒見過嗎，垃圾服務，我也是服了，不穿衣服都進，這酒店**不是，垃圾玩意！！！
