Nice, new, clean room. But what scored points was the included airport transfer. However, because i don't know chinese to advice the staff, i had to take a taxi to the hotel.

出差到這裏，第一天入住時，凌晨五十分的飛機，酒店都免費接機，沒有一點不耐煩，很熱情。
入住後酒店的服務很周到，所以一直續住了好幾天，最後一天因為我們要趕早八點飛機，酒店不僅免費送機，前台姐姐還為我們準備了麪包，甜點的早餐，太感動了，下次還來這裏！
環境：酒店離景點都很近，遊玩很方便！

該酒店好的地方是:
1，免費接送機場和火車站。
2，房間挺大的，衞生間三分離。
3，酒店位置也不錯。
希望改進的地方是:
1，衞生間的門關不嚴，洗澡的時候水都流到外面來了。衞生間的地面漏水傾斜度也做得不好，地上全是存水，夜晚上廁所時，臟水漫過拖鞋腳都弄臟了。跟前台反映了，前台説裝修的時候沒做好。該酒店開業應該挺長時間了吧，到現在還沒有維修。
2，我預訂的是今天上午8:20送我去機場。而酒店早餐是8:30開始，我衹能到機場吃早飯了。
我今天早上要出發的時候，前台才告訴我可以提前預訂他們為我打包早餐。那我預約送機場的時候完全可以提醒我呀。

設施：設施完善齊全
衞生：還不錯👌乾濕分離的，浴室和廁所也分開，就是浴室的排水那個門隔水不夠緊密
服務：前台很温柔
早餐在酒店六樓，品種還算比較豐富
酒店離博物館很近，走路過去10分鐘不用，。

酒店位置在和田博物館附近，走路就可以到，酒店前面可以停車，還是比較方便的，早餐普通，住的第二天剛好遇到旅遊團，餐廳沒有位子可以坐下來吃，服務人員讓我們取回房間吃，可以！
電梯口有電動擦鞋機，很實用！
浴室雖然有干溼分離，但是浴室門完全不擋水，洗完澡門口一地的水，全溢出來，還好有棉布腳踏墊可以吸水。另外熱水非常不好調整想加一點冷水，馬上變成全冷水，熱水和冷水中間完全沒有過渡可調的空間。

位置好，設施新。
有洗衣機烘乾機。
家庭房有幾個問題：1.浴室門防水密封條不行，一洗澡水就溢出來。很滑！ 2.門口的自動感應燈太煩了，半夜起來上廁所就亮，而且太亮了，全家都醒了。
