I basically stayed here every time I came to Hotan.
This check-in experience was extremely bad. When I checked in, there were two people chatting at the front desk. It took them 3 minutes to check me in, and they ignored me. The same thing happened when I checked out. It was like I owed him money. I checked out at around 10 in the morning and asked for an invoice. They said they would issue it in the afternoon, but it was almost 6 o'clock and they still hadn't issued it. They even sent me a WeChat reminder halfway through. He doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t reply to WeChat messages. Finally I got through using the phone number on Ctrip, which wasn't too troublesome. Super bad experience

The front desk staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was rich, the parking lot was free, I felt a little uncomfortable at night and called the front desk to ask if there was any medicine. The front desk said no, but they offered to buy medicine for me and sent it to the room.

酒店各方面都很滿意 ，衞生也乾淨 早餐很豐富 ，服務態度也很好，最大的優點在於酒店位置離火車站特別近 ，不到一公里的距離 ，周圍也是挺熱鬧的，第一次住很滿意 以後來和田還會選擇這酒店 值得推薦
