This hotel is definitely the best in Hotan. It is an oasis in the desert. The rooms are large and the environment is like a park. The facilities are complete. We booked a room in Building 6 without an elevator. Miss Gulistan at the front desk upgraded us to Building 2, which was very nice. Recommended. By the way, the breakfast is also great and parking is convenient

MMichael V.We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

Secondly, the room is large and spacious, without any odor, and there is a welcome gift (Figure 3). Free afternoon tea is provided in the lobby downstairs, and the red date tea is particularly delicious. The best thing is to focus on the service: in addition to the enthusiastic service for check-in, they also called the room to ask if there was anything unsatisfactory? Here I would like to thank the female manager in particular, because we, a group of Shanghai people, were rushing to the ancient city of Yotgan, and the washing machine was washing clothes and there was no time to dry them. I asked her to help me send them to the room. I didn’t expect that when we came back, we saw that all the clothes were hung up for us one by one... Although the sandstorm that night made us feel scared, the cordial greetings and farewell when we left the next day made us feel extremely warm! Recommended!

GGuest UserThe single room was very large, and it was stress-free for a family of three to stay in. It was very clean. The surrounding food street is very good, shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient, the service from the front desk lady is very friendly, and the room layout is spacious. The environment is not good either. The breakfast is very good, and there are pastries that children like to eat. I highly recommend this hotel! Totally good.

Breakfast was very nice indeed, and staff very helpful (despite no English spoken) - I had some extra requests because of changing travel arrangements and they helped on all of them. Location with night market right around the corner is also good.Biggest issue was internet: kept coming and going, but was mostly not functioning.

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and clean. There is a lake opposite the hotel with a nice view. The waiter sent us a fruit plate in the afternoon! The staff at the door took the initiative to pull the boxes for us, and their attitude was very good! The light in the elevator is not very bright, and the sensor light reacts too slowly, so it is a bit dark when it comes out. I hope it will be corrected soon! There are many varieties of breakfast. I ordered a bowl of ramen in the morning, but it was a big bowl!
