Premier Inn London Chiswick

The staff were absolutely outstanding, I have to give a special thanks to cornel! He was so helpful and polite, he made the stay so pleasant with his kindness, and the food was so delicious, I had a burger and it was so good! another shout out to the manager murko! The room was so clean and spacious, I had a double room and it was so nice and smelled great! Will 100% be coming back!

Really good customer service from everyone. Good parking. Evening meal excellent. Comfy bed. Bedroom was noisy, with lift on one side and noisy neighbours making my headboard shake. Wifi cost is outrageous. Hotel a bit tired! Room was dirty, light not working and few hangers, asked for all to be done, but only the cleaner came in and cleaned the areas I requested, light didn't work the whole time and we never received any additional hangers!

What you’d expect from a premier inn with regards to basic comfortable clean room. Breakfast a standard buffet breakfast but they didn’t have gluten free granola as advertised. The biggest thing though was how they handled an incident whilst there. Unfortunately a person died in a room! Upon our return to the hotel from dinner approximately 22:00 we came face to face with the body being removed. No attempt had been made to cover this with screens or even to removed the body at a more quiet discreet time. The females (3) were unnerved by this so I went to reception to ask if we should be concerned as we did see police throughout the day in the hotel. He dismissed me as said he knew nothing. We all had a bad nights sleeps thinking about this poor person. In the morning I went to reception again as I still wasn’t happy with the lack of discretion. The lady on reception looked upset and shocked, it turns out it was her that had found the body when cleaning the room, I was shocked that a company as large as this didn’t appear to be looking after their staff by making her work the very next day but only allowed her to not clean the rooms, yet the manager was allowed a day off due to this incident! I am in contact with premier in as I feel the way in which this was dealt with in all areas for all involved was not appropriate. So far in their response is lacking as much compassion as was their discretion or even respect for the person who died.

Rooms were comfortable, clean as as expected. However, the heating was malfunctioning so we were transferred to another room. Unfortunately heating here was not working properly either. Temperature outside was ca 3 degrees so heating was needed. Check-in noted the issue and we were asked to contact customer support who already knew of the problem from the hotel noting t on our reservation booking. Offered a complete room cost refund without any quibbles. Case closed.

The experience was horrible. I never want to stay at that hotel again. They made me pay twice for a single night on the same day. Because they couldn't find my reservation in the system, knowing that I had the bank receipt. In short, they entered my room while I was sleeping, without proper clothing. They wanted to see me naked at all costs. I asked for a room to change, but a manager who is 21 years old, according to what I was told, unlocked the door, gave me 5 minutes to come down, and was incredibly aggressive, saying he was going to call the police. And he wanted me to leave the room in my pajamas. I was super scared and didn't understand what was happening. It was a distressing experience for a woman alone. I pushed the door on one side, he on the other. Where is the civilization? And the respect for women? I am traumatized, and I wonder if they use and abuse people like that? To make a long story short, I made another reservation on Monday. On Tuesday, they canceled my reservation. And they called the police to remove me from the room. The police were very polite, they even helped me with my bags. At the end of the incident, I was left with a loss, traumatized and in panic. Huge losses, people who don't know how to work with people. They smell very bad, heavy energy. I hope justice is served.
