Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!
The breakfast was good, although the variety was small but it tasted good. The location is also very good, take the picadilly line (blue line) and stand at hounslow central, just 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it.

The hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !
My 3 night stay at Imperial Guest House was comfortable, affordable and , convenient in terms of closeness to shops and trains ..The staff was always willing to provide assistance. . Rooms were small but it was decent and clean . The bathrooms were clean.
Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away. When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious Hypnos bed.

LLiuqianlinMixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges
Rating: ★★★☆☆
I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.
DDattarMy room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room.
The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way.
The breakfast was very fresh and served well with presentation.
I would book again with trip.com .

JJAMIEIt's a nice hotel very modern, Decent Breakfast and Evening Menu is also good. Rooms are very spacious and excellently fitted out. My only complaint is The Reception area is abit chaotic i've stayed here 3 times now and I've been frustrated with the amount of time i've had to wait to get checked in. It's too long. They need to have more staff available as far as i can see.
GGuest Usergood location for being near to heathrow and west london, otherwise it's a bit far to get to. Has gym, laundry room, and the rooms are good size with small kitchen. Room layout a bit strange with TV behind bathroom door, and bathroom door only opens halfway to stop it hitting the TV, but this is quite annoying. Otherwise good service overall.
NNgSpent here a night for an early flight in the next morning. Hoppa bus from hotel to Heathrow airport is available. Hotel room is clean and quiet. With this price, my purpose is totally met. Highly recommended!
MMr. Alex2045It a nice purpose build hotel, not far from metro station and shopping of Hounslow suburb. It's easy to find and has a parking and taxi drive through at the main entrance. There are light proof curtains, a comfy bed, breakfast downstairs, maids are not walking in if you press the lights, don't disturb .
Very attentive staff, dealing with request in a professional and effective manner. Noise from traffic and airplaines is not an issue, however banging doors and thin floors, can keep awake.
To central London is about 1 hour, given the demand for hotels around festive season , this hotel offers good value for money.
TThe Nomadic YetiA great place to stay would book again if flying in/out of London and staying a few days. The breakfast was a continental one so I was a little disappointed that it wasn't sausages and bacon and so on but it was nice all the same.
GGuest UserBecause of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.
HHONGWENThe surroundings of the hotel are very good, and it is also near the subway station. On the day I arrived, the Indian brother at the front desk had some problems. I did not see my order clearly, and said that there was only a single room. I took out the order and showed him There is a MINI double room. The air conditioner in the room is not good. The phone said that the air conditioner was not working. It went on. After half an hour, the room was hot, and the air conditioner turned off automatically.
文文筆聊生Good location just next to the underground station. If you need to take the early flight in Heathrow, it’s good to stay here. Price is okay, room is clean, staff are friendly as usual.
The average price for hotels in Hounslow is AED 619 on weekdays, and AED 680 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
