It was very convincing to wake up and have breakfast down stairs every morning. The staff were very friendly and delivered top tier customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel, but an old one. You could tell that by the color of everything. However, they kept it quite clean and maintained. It was really nice for the price. Not too far from the West Loop area. The breakfast was just okay.
Overall - I’d stay it’s a nice place for a short stay.

The facilities seemed a little old, but the hotel was well managed and clean, and most importantly, the hot water was great for showering. The breakfast was more cost-effective than other hotels and was satisfactory. There was a mall nearby, so shopping was convenient.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was very satisfying, and the location was good, 15 minutes into the city. Most importantly, it was very close to the shopping mall next to it, with Ross and TJmaxx. I especially recommend the Estar Chinese buffet next to it, which was cheap and the food was very rich!
