Sonesta Essential Hotel Houston-I-45 Spring

Location: Some users noted proximity to a gas station and described it as "Nice location!!".

We travel for work and we buy antiques and sell antiques and we were trying to bring some of our inventory in to post online and sell. The guy at the front basically told us no. That we couldn’t bring in our belongings. Then said he was going to call the police. I also make shirts and blankets and stickers and also sell them as well. The guy at the front told us no that we can’t bring it into our room although all we were doing was bringing in our inventory to put nicely into our other suitcases and bringing it back down to our car. He was very rude and didn’t even want to hear what we had to say. Last time we stayed here we left it as no one was even in the room. There is nothing stating what we can and can’t bring things in I have no clothes in the room.

GREAT PLACE We stayed in room 305, our room was very clean, they are waiting for furnishings to arrive, totally understand with the tariffs happening that things arent finished yet! It will be a great hotel once that happens! Its ideal location to everything. Definitely staying again.. owner Mr Patel and his staff was very attentive to our needs and was very kind!
