Hsinchu County Zhubei City Hotels

Hotel is very close to train station but there is no so many restaurant bearby, room is clean and staffs are friendly.

It is hard to imagine that there is such an impressive hotel not far from Zhubei Station. Zhubei Railway Station is a small train station with express trains. Most people take the high-speed rail to Hsinchu Station and then take the free shuttle bus to Zhubei Railway Station. This time I took the local train to Zhubei Railway Station and then walked to the hotel. There is a 7-11 store and a Family Mart not far from the hotel. If you go to the nearby area at night, you can buy Dongshan duck head/fried chicken/braised food/noodle shop/barbecue, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. The hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush. You can spend NT$100 to buy a complete set of toiletries at the counter to save yourself the trouble. (A special reminder: When standing in the bathtub to take a shower, pay special attention to the slippery ground under your feet to avoid slipping and injuries)

AJ Hotel is co-located in an office and commercial building which provides a close proximity (few mins walking distance) to the high speed rail station. It provided me with good access to the offices around, industrial visits as well as connectivity to Taipei and Taiyuan airport. Number one choice for me when travelling on business to Hsingchu area. Only downside is not much entertainment nearby which is not my point of focus.

I took my parents back to my hometown in Hsinchu during the Chinese New Year. I found a hotel and stayed there comfortably. It was quite convenient. The temperature of the swimming pool was just right. My parents and children were also very happy. I was very satisfied overall.

I am a passenger who stayed alone on a bicycle around the island. The room has a slight smell of smoke (seems to be a common problem in motels). Then because the location is close to the 1st line of the platform, I occasionally feel the sound of the vehicle, but I feel it until dawn after wearing earplugs. Hot water is very stable plus points.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very chill. It’s okay to stay there all day without going out. You can completely unwind and recharge. 3. The bedding is of moderate hardness and softness, and is very comfortable. 4. Good location, convenient to go anywhere.

There is a parking space, which is very convenient if you drive here. It is only 800 meters away from Big City Shopping Center and there are many restaurants to choose from along the way. There is only a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor, which is a bit inconvenient, but there are two elevators that are fast to go up and down. The duvet was very warm and I felt hot in the middle of the night. The space is quite large and has a bathtub and a bidet toilet The breakfast is quite rich and filling. High CP value

This accommodation is generally quite convenient, but there are some things to note. advantage: Transportation and parking: Although there is no attached parking lot, it is very close to the Akatosaki Park underground parking lot, so parking is relatively convenient. Check-in and check-out: 24-hour self-service check-in and check-out are provided, which is very convenient for travelers with more flexible schedules. Bathroom facilities: The water pressure is strong and the bathing experience is quite good. In addition, a dehumidifier is provided in the room to help regulate humidity. shortcoming: Soundproofing problem: The soundproofing of the room is poor, and the sounds from the neighboring rooms (such as sneezing) can be heard clearly, which may affect travelers who are light sleepers. Humidity in the bathroom: If the door is not closed when taking a shower, moisture will spread throughout the room. It is recommended to close the door when taking a shower, or use a dehumidifier in the room to adjust the humidity. Overall, this property performed well in terms of convenience and facilities, but the soundproofing issues and moisture in the bathroom may need special attention. If you have high requirements for sound insulation, it is recommended to bring earplugs or choose other accommodation.

The wiring for charging items was connected to the lighting. That was a little strange. The staff was fine but not very helpful. It’s in a good location for food like Tipsy Bistro across the street!

There is a parking space underneath the hotel and welcome snacks. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also has a steam bath. The refrigerator is a large one There are plenty of choices for breakfast. I originally thought that the dishes would not be replenished as time was approaching. As a result, there will be new ones Overall, the experience was great. I will choose here again next time👍🏼
