Hsinchu East District Hotels

The room was spacious and cozy. And the hotel is close to the Hsinchu station and centre of the city, so it's easy to reach to markets and shops to get most of the things.

Big hotel with a great facilities, just that when I request for extra blankets need to pay extra, since is winter time in Taiwan would appreciate if can get it for free.

location is about 17min walk from the East gate market. There is a mall nearby though. Hotel room is big and luxurious with nice bathroom amenities. Hotel was quite accommodating in allowing a late check out but only by 1 hr.

When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff looked at our large and small bags and helped me carry them to the lobby. I was pushing the stroller to the lobby on the first floor. The only drawback was that there was an outdoor parking lot and there was no direct access to the hotel. (Adults) walked for about 2 minutes.

I was looking for temporary accommodation for the night, but luckily I could book it online. When I arrived, the on-site service staff was very friendly and told me that parking subsidies were available. great! The room is simple and clean, and the bed set is good for sleeping. The check out time at 12 o'clock is very good. Worth recommending.

There is a parking space underneath the hotel and welcome snacks. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also has a steam bath. The refrigerator is a large one There are plenty of choices for breakfast. I originally thought that the dishes would not be replenished as time was approaching. As a result, there will be new ones Overall, the experience was great. I will choose here again next time👍🏼

Maybe it was because we checked in on a weekday, so we were lucky to be arranged on a high floor, but I don’t know why when I slept at night? There was a loud banging sound at about 1 a.m., like a large-scale knocking sound on the wall. Fortunately, it didn't last long, but it would be better to check out at 12 o'clock. Checking out at 11 o'clock in the morning was really a bit too rushed, but the CP value was very high and I would like to consider staying again. 

The overall hotel feels like a hotel converted from a student dormitory Because the layout is not like the original hotel room layout. 1. The location is good, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and the downtown department store. 2. Old hotel, but kept clean. 3. The sound insulation is poor, so light sleepers should be careful. 4. The breakfast was the only thing that I found appealing, with the sincerity of a big hotel.

Positives: - Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.
