GGuest User1. The staff at the check-in counter are full of enthusiasm for service and have excellent attitudes, especially Mr. Lin Yinwei, who gives people a warm interaction like family and friends without feeling burdened.
2. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very chill. It’s okay to stay there all day without going out. You can completely unwind and recharge.
3. The bedding is of moderate hardness and softness, and is very comfortable.
4. Good location, convenient to go anywhere.

the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

LLucasoPros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms.
Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

GGuest UserThe location of the accommodation is very close to the lively Chenghuang Temple and Dongmen Market. You can take a stroll for supper in the evening, and there are convenience stores next to the hotel. The service staff is very friendly, everyone has a smile on their face, and the facilities are very clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very dense, but the tourists who come to stay do not make any noise at night, so it is a great stay experience
