The all-wood structure of the Thai-style house is very unique and antique. The courtyard design is unique and has a high coverage of green plants. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and caring about every guest, especially the breakfast is very good, and the main meal is a la carte. It's much more exquisite than the buffet style, but the portions are too big, so it's suitable for brunch.

Wonderful breakfast. 2 choices of cooked Thai dish every day! We could only manage 1. Home made muffins, yummy. The staff, particularly the young German girl are so caring and helpful. They all go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Even the gardener got involved. As for the lovely lady at reception..she seemed to do a bit of everything. What a character. Wonderful lady. Looked after everyone so well. The bed was v comfortable, pillows great. Extremely clean and quiet. Quite an oasis and a pleasure to be in such a small hotel with few people and so close to the beach.

Great little hotel, a little worn out, but very comfortable and cosy. We had everything we needed for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the toilet spacious and clean. The staff were warm and hospitable and gave us a packed veg breakfast as we were checking out early. I loved it.

This really is a haven in a noisy city. Very peaceful and relaxing and less than 1 minute walk to the sea. We had a room next to the pool which was a really good position and had everything we needed. The breakfast was generous and tasty and all the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful.

The best vacation we had in the last several years. We visit Hua Hin and Ruenkanook for third time. Beautiful and authentic Thai resort. Kind people working here, quite place, convenient villas, so many decorating details everywhere! Beautiful! Very good breakfast, nice cafe with interesting local drinks, good service to reach the beach, many opportunities for massage. We feel here like at home. Thank you all!

Excellent friendly service. Perfect holiday stay for our three families. Comfortable rooms. Very good restaurant. Access to plenty of activities. Staff made a real effort to remember our names and eccentricities. We’d certainly book here again.

Location: It's not in the centre of Hua Hin - but it's an idyllic little sanctuary offering calm and tranquility. Within walking distance to the beach, though you'll have to take the free hotel shuttle to the more popular part of Khao Takiab Beach that's lined with restaurants, and where you can rent lounge chairs for a small fee. It's close to the highly recommended Cicada Market and to some good restaurants - our favorite was Tik's. Hotel: Loved the lush, green grounds and poolside area which were fabulously maintained. The freshly prepared Thai breakfast every morning was SO CRAZY GOOD. Also appreciated that they offered free foot massages to guests twice a week. They also had bicycles on loan. Rooms: Charming, spacious villas that were spotlessly clean. But beware of the mosquitoes if you're sitting on the patio outside your villa in the evening - make sure you ask for mosquito coils! Service: Really friendly, helpful and attentive staff, especially a woman named Noo (I think that's her name). Thanks for the great hospitality, we'd definitely come back!
