OK, so it is not a 5 Star Hotel, no question. No pool, no great views etc etc blah blah blah. But look at it this way, it is 3 - 4 minutes walk to the beach, even closer to a huge array of restaurants, cafes and bars, massage shops etc. The room was superb. Very clean, great bathroom, huge comfy bed and TV channel options were great. You could ask for nothing more. The breakfast was included and was delicious. The reception staff and kitchen staff, maids, the whole lot of them were smiley, fun. decent and lovely. I have stayed in stacks of hotels in Thailand and in every way this is up there with the best of them and when you factor in the room including breakfast was 1,000/night, well what more can i say.

Night market can be reached by green songathew for 15 B per person. Beds comfortable. Beach is just 5-7 min walk away across the road. Bathroom was small, but maybe because of the kind of room I booked. Would suggest they put a shower curtain to separate bath area from the toilet , even though there is a little separator wall.
