Great location, the hotel is located 10 minutes from Bluport shopping mall. We were lucky to stay over the weekend and the hotel provided shuttle service to both of the night markets from Friday to Sunday. Great facilities, great morning and afternoon spent at the lovely rooftop pool. Staff were also amazing! We had a great stay!

The hotel has everything you would expect from a first-class hotel. I give 5 stars for cleanliness, location, facilities and service. I would give 6 stars for service if that were possible. Service: The staff are not only polite and helpful, but also very attentive. More service is not possible. I arrived in the afternoon and unloaded my suitcase from the car in the parking lot. The porter came immediately with his buggy, loaded the suitcase and drove me to reception. I checked in within 2 minutes because all the papers were already prepared and I only had to sign the registration form. After the welcome drink, one of the staff accompanied me to the room and showed me everything I needed to know and a minute later the suitcase was in the room. In the evening when I returned to the hotel it was raining. I was afraid I would get wet from the parking lot to the lobby. The porter noticed me and picked me up from the parking lot with the buggy so that I arrived at the hotel with dry feet. Cleanliness: spotlessly clean, not just the room, but the entire hotel area. Room facilities: The pictures and description on the homepage match reality exactly. Plenty of storage space, lots of storage space, coffee and tea, 4 bottles of water, refrigerator, safety box, large balcony with a view of the golf course and the pool, soft beds with two different sized pillows. I slept very well. The whisper-quiet air conditioning can be adjusted to suit your needs. Location: The location is good, even if some guests judged it differently. I appreciate the heavenly peace and quiet, there is no noise from the street or music from a bar. In the evening I took a taxi to the night market with its many food options. The trip cost 120 Baht with BOLT. The trip back to the hotel also only cost 140 Baht (download the BOLT app onto your smartphone). This hotel is unreservedly recommended.

It is a family-friendly hotel with a children's swimming pool featuring a slide, a safe kids' zone. The hotel is located by the beach, providing good service and a relaxing stay. But the swimming pool area and the ground-floor rooms and the parking behind building 8 has a bad smell, possibly from sewage or urine. The smell should be improved.

Ibis Hua Hin is conveniently located near Cicada Market one of the highlights of the town. Clean and comfortable like Ibis standard service. Only 5-10min away from the town center and night market. Easy access to the beach at 200 meters

Fantastic reception who helped us carry our luggage right when we arrrived. Amenities and facilities were complete. Given the resort's 1 minute walk to the beach, they provided beach towels, slippers and facilities outside hotel (for washing feet and body). It was well thought out and super easy to go on a beach trip and reaching the resort room quickly. Food was great with breakfast included. It was buffet style for day 1 and ala carte buffet for day 2. Although the spread was limited but each dish was delicious. Room was clean and big. Towels smell great. Bed was comfortable even for duluxe room (although it is 2 beds combine into 1 ”king”). Room had free drinks except beer. Banana chips provided daily too. Hotel also provides clothes drying rack upon request.

Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. Staff is polite but Not efficient.  Hotel does not provide poolside free drinking water.  Hotel charged me 150 Baht for one broken glass in toilet while I checked out.  Which costs less than 20 Baht in Bluport.  This glass is plain, thin and slippery when wet.  It is not suitable to use for brushing.

We loved this place. Far enough away from the city that the beaches are very quiet, just trees along a gorgeous stretch of beach. Lounge chairs and seats/tables available on the beach, plus a nice little restaurant/ bar. Some great restaurants, massage places, etc. are only about a 20-30 minute walk along the beach. Grabs ride shares were always available to take us back to the hotel and were usually easy to get leaving the hotel as well, but if there are no grabs available the hotel can arrange a taxi. You can also order dinner on Grab. A delicious meal for two usually comes to around 250 baht, including delivery. Breakfast was pretty good, not spectacular but decent, with a nice range of options. Hotel staff was very accommodating.  We stayed in the main building, which is newer and in our opinion far nicer than the one advertises an ”Ocean View.” That ocean view is mainly blocked by pine trees, with a giant stretch of broken up concrete laid out between the hotel and the trees, which we thought was pretty ugly. In the newer building, our balcony had a little stretch of sea visible, with nice trees all around and the sound of waves. 

Hotel with very nice location and rooms are quite beautiful with their unique concept.

Three good nights in this handy hotel. Clean and well maintained. Good staff. Out the back door & at the beach in 5 minutes. Market Village Mall with many eateries across the street. We had a pool access room, nice despite some rainy weather. Breakfast room was very pleasant, decent selection. Overall, very pleased.
