The hardware is okay, but the service is too poor. The robot has to open the door to wait for the delivery of things. There are no notifications and I have to check it by myself. I don't do much in cleaning the room. I haven't even cleaned the hair in the bathroom. I booked a room with double breakfast and wanted to have breakfast in the morning. They actually said that it is not available during the Spring Festival. There are too many things that I don’t want to write about. It was a very bad experience at a Jin Jiang hotel chain.

The bed in the twin room is quite small. On the second day, part of the house could not use electricity, and the reason was not found out. 酒店裝修風格比較陳舊了，房間挺大的，衞生一般。衞生間結構很怪，沒有淋浴區，是浴缸，在門後面，掛了個升降簾防濺水，浴缸進出非常不方便，地上發現潮蟲，電梯裏也有。早餐一般，品種不是很多。酒店有個矮樓，是專門的KTV樓。

帶兒子出來玩，酒店服務特別好。環境優美，免費升級了高級房，新野開闊。酒店前台和二樓餐飲的前台經理都能解決我的困難，服務熱情。早餐豐富，但要早點去。煎餅、餛飩、麪條都是現做，味道不錯。也有奶茶、點心等當地特色美食。

化德縣是個小城，酒店靠北，但不偏僻。酒店的視野開闊，我在6層向南，能望到城南緣及遠處低山，及西南山頂的白球——雷達，化德縣的標誌性建築。
酒店院裏寬敞，乾淨。
房間不錯，有兩點需要改進，一是有煙味；二是微觀處不夠乾淨。
