週五21號下班馬不停蹄趕往酒店 ，感謝手機尾號8094的小姑娘晚上10點與我們再次確認，半夜12點到達後，還帶我們到達潤嶸樓客房，酒店很大不然真找不到。 早餐也很棒，感謝所有的餐廳員工。下次還會再次前往，淮安我還會回來的。小朋友很喜歡送的洗漱包，感謝23號中午辦理退房的優質服務。

住的非常開心，環境好，酒店房間打大，餐廳服務也好，餐量大，小孩子非常開心，特別酒店的財神爺送糖果，爆米花，烤紅薯🍠等等，很暖心，前台服務熱情，給我們一種家的感覺，前台的帥哥美女們服務超級棒，感謝酒店的服務，過年辛苦了。

淮安的寶藏酒店，淮安旅遊的首先酒店。酒店風景優美、如置身江南園林之中，雖靜於一隅亦交通便利，工作人員熱情周到，感受到了賓至如歸的温馨氛圍，房間及酒店散步區域的衞生乾淨整潔、清爽宜人，以後有機會來淮安定會再次入住。

環境和硬件不錯。但不知道是不是因為新年原因感覺酒店工作人員不是很熱情，看到有隨行小童並沒有主動給拖鞋和洗漱用品。退房的時候別的用户都有洗護套裝贈送也有工作人員送上車，但全程沒有工作人員過來和我們交流，不知道是不是因為定的房間差異。

春節期間房間滿了，安排我們住的隔壁幹部學院，兩邊應該是一家的，就是南北樓的關係，一進門看陳列就是一股正氣襲來，住的感覺很放心，吃飯還是在賓館大堂，衞生做的很好，有迎賓水果，大堂有免費的水飲，爆米花和烤白薯，工作人員服務很熱情，每個人都會打招呼，春節期間還有工作人員辦成財神發糖，很棒。唯一有點遺憾是賓館比較偏，自駕還可以，打車不是太好打，別的都很好

此次自駕遊歷時22天，這家酒店是最為值得表揚的。10道單程50米的專業泳池，讓孩子直呼痛快！健身器材也是專業度高，孩子爸爸相當滿意。前台王夢雅，餐廳楊經理、蔣風雲等人的服務貼心周到，餐廳菜品性價比高，早餐也是非常豐盛，牛奶能更熱一點就好了。總之再來淮安還想住這裏。

除夕春節在這兒過都，住了兩個晚上，非常棒，滿分，金陵賓館系的新酒店，度假型，環境優美，有點水鄉園林感覺，離淮安各景點都很近，年夜飯也是在酒店吃的，性價比超高，過年期間大堂還有烤地瓜，驚喜，服務人員也特別熱情，下次有機會再來，淮安好多地方都沒有玩夠。

非常好的一次體驗，酒店去年10月份剛開，達到4星級酒店的水準。中式園林風格體驗特別好，唯一美中不足，有小孩太吵了，隔音略差，但瑕不掩瑜，餐廳味道也不錯，下次還會來。
