衞生：做的不錯，符合星級標準
環境：真的是園林酒店，前台掃二維碼有指示圖，不然真的會迷路
服務：路上遇到服務員都會主動打招呼，這個培訓的很好，自助早餐時，也時刻有人在旁服務，雖然餐廳不大，好在管理的不錯
設施：地下停車場有ABC區，充電樁在C區，充足
酒景套餐划算，值得入手。

酒店位置很不錯，周圍很安靜。
衞生：很乾凈，酒店公區和房內都很不錯。
服務：前廳的員工很有親切感，GRO小葛主動高效的行李服務及清晰的入住指引；
早餐廳員工培訓到位，收盤補餐迅速，站在門口的男經理會對每位客人都問候。服務意識遠超同級酒店。

酒店離周恩來故居和河下古鎮都不遠，但是五一假期不好打車需要注意。酒店本身環境很優雅，服務人員態度也特別好，唯一問題就是入住時候一進屋發現有很明顯的水漬，地上還有點粘腳，不知道是地板材質問題還是衞生沒做好

賓館整體是接待標準設計的，走在裏面佈局，空間感讓人整體比較舒適。衹在旅遊區域的話交通還是十分便捷。同時也有幾個小問題，大堂正門其實並不對外開放，前台其實開在側門類似花廳的位置，並且缺少門僮指引，地下車庫指示標誌不夠明顯，對於第一次來入住並不友好。房間內小冰箱沒有插上插頭，出售的房間應該要連上。衞生間沒有掛衣架。雖然房間內沒有煙味，dansq沒有分無煙區，對控煙不夠重視。總體來説硬件不錯，服務上，有位黃姓經理服務十分細緻。陪同着我們去尋車。客房服務員比餐飲的服務員熱情一些，會主動打招呼。

這是一家“局裡局氣”的酒店🤣旁邊就是幹部培訓中心。走在酒店內部好像在會議中心。裝修豪華大氣，服務熱情細膩！房間很乾凈，非常注重細節！早餐豐富，很有當地特色！51住客多，但是忙而不亂！非常愉快的入住體驗！感謝

五一期間入住，因為第一天到的太晚，第二天又趕着去西遊樂園，所以也沒有花時間好好逛逛，早上路過庭院時還是挺驚喜的，房間還不錯，陽台門可以打開，餐廳井然有序，有什麼需求工作人員都會立馬迴應，這點非常好，因為後一天住了另一家，對比強烈😣

常差的一次入住體驗，金陵系旗下產品，房間面積不大，設施非常普通，服務沒有體驗到。早餐非常普通，最重要的是，晚上走道里夜裡12點還有大人小孩嬉戲打鬧，酒店隔音非常非常差，吵了半個多小時，結果第二天一早八點酒店的出草機就在窗外工作起來，噪音根本讓人無法休息，店家可以實地體驗一下。這種操作是對客人最起碼的尊重都沒有！非常非常糟糕！退房時反映相關問題，沒有得到店家任何處理和回覆！差勁👎🏻！

住了兩晚 酒店總體很好 今天離開時主動幫忙拿行李 送上車 雖然住在二樓但是打開陽台門沒有蟲子 十分舒服 第一天到的時候由於堵車 5個小時的車程開了9個小時 前台小姐姐説訂的過早沒有查到訂單訊息嚇了一跳 其他都很好就是第二天因為沒有我們訂單訊息所以打掃阿姨不給礦泉水不打掃 可能這點以後內部要協調下
連續兩個早上碰到的前台小夥子們還有早餐那邊的服務員小夥子都很好 另外早餐特別不錯 看到評論有人説衹有油麻子好吃對於我經常出去住酒店相比較而言這家早餐真的挺好的 也會不停的加 總體可以放心入住

海棠賓館是淮安的國賓館，服務態度特別好，我們到的時間早了，本來想寄存行李，前台經理直接幫我們辦入住了，非常人性化，酒店的配套餐廳，食物也很可口，鄭玉芳，張玉服務特別周到，推薦長魚麪和平橋豆腐。
