前台的服務非常好，見面都有打招呼，這點很難得，説明培訓很到位了。但是給安排的邊角房，晚上巨吵。Wi-Fi死活連不上，給前台打電話也連不上，最後到前台，前台經理用自己的手機號連上的，為什麼要搞的這麼複雜，嚴重影響心情。隔音也不想説啥了。最後強調的一點是衞生，還有待加強，特別是洗手枱的邊邊角角，都發黴了。

房間很大，窗簾遮光效果非常好（第二天睡過頭來不及去方特）。空調聲音大到影響睡眠，吵的頭疼，關了睡覺半夜被熱醒，衹能打開裏面一間用微風，外面一間空調完全不能打開 ，跟鼓風機一樣的聲音屬實嚇到我了。倆小孩想睡一起，把床並起來後小朋友從地上撿到一小塊發黴的紅薯。應該是之前客人在房間吃早飯掉床底沒打掃乾淨。酒店床品很舒服，導致我回家後對枕頭戀戀不忘，到處找同款。下次去淮安還會選擇這家維也納，選一個不太需要開空調的天氣去😄
