入住前台姐姐非常熱心，看有長者跟小孩，有房間提前辦理入住，酒店晚上八點後提供暖心粥，臨走時還給小胖友了伴手禮！我們去淮安這幾日正趕上變天，還給了小朋友電暖器洗澡時使用。真是貼心！會推薦周圍朋友入住！

全季基本上沒有差評的，畢竟各方面已經很優秀了，但是空調有點熱的睡不着了，如果調低又有點冷，調高又熱，尷尬的温度，枕頭有點太軟了，對於我這種習慣睡硬枕頭的人羣不太友好。酒店整體都是香香的，美中不足浴室沒有洗澡的墊子，小朋友差點滑倒，感覺地面已經是做了防滑處理的了，但還是有一點滑，希望可以提供個墊子，早餐很精緻，各個味道都挺好，尤其薯條，一般酒店自助餐的薯條都是難以下嚥的，基本上就是糊弄，但是今天在全季竟然吃到了剛炸出來的薯條，很驚喜，咖啡機是意式的，但是沒有奶泡，吐司有一點硬，即使用多士爐加熱後還是有點硬，但是應該是有人喜歡的，全季可能真的怕我渴死。房間有好多瓶水🤣，但是，架不住還是不夠。因為空調太熱了😂

酒店地點非常的好，離周恩來故居及河下古鎮都很近很方便。門口還有有軌電車可以乘坐，如果有機會2元就能體驗一下了。酒店環境舒適温馨，一如既往的乾淨整潔。房間本來不含早餐，到店後看我們三個大人一個小孩，推薦加入華住會員花49元購買了三份早餐，早餐的品種也還算不錯的。

位置交通： 酒店位置算是方便的，附近就有有軌電車，打車去周邊景點都很近，房間比想象中更大更乾淨！床墊軟硬適中，一覺到天亮

大廳的味道真好聞，去年剛開業的，房間很新，格局合理，哪怕早起，也不會影響同住人的睡眠。床很舒服，不是很軟的那種，很認床的我，難得旅遊在外睡了一個好覺。
