這家酒店的管理和服務實在比較差，要好好反省了。1、我們訂的是親子房，前台竟然給了一個普通標間，我們上樓進入房間後才發現不對，下樓反映給前台，前台沒有一句道歉，衹是一再強調所謂親子房和標間的設施是一樣的，衹是多了卡通床單，我説除此之外按照攜程上的圖片，還應該在書桌上有童書和玩偶，前台説沒有，然後電話聯繫了負責衞生的阿姨，前台才搞清楚哪間是親子房（也就是説前台之前根本不知道哪間是親子房），把我們換過去。到了親子房後，我們看到床上的佈置和攜程上的圖片一樣，有卡通床單和玩偶，但桌上是空的，既然沒有童書也沒有玩偶。雖然是標間構造，但淋浴間玻璃多了卡通圖案，地墊也是卡通的，還多了個小童洗漱杯和小童拖鞋。可見小童間和普通標間確實還是不一樣。2、房間裏沒有放小童一次性牙膏牙刷，打前台和客房部電話，竟然半個小時都沒打通，包括用房間座機和攜程上的酒店電話，我夫人下樓去前台要，前台還是一句道歉都沒有，一再強調不知道有多少個小孩，所以不放，我夫人直接懟説至少起碼放一套啊，真是無語了，前台理由多沒道歉。3、浴室污垢明顯，沒有針對性清理方案。這家酒店的會議、宴席廳比較多，當天有不少婚宴或培訓，很多賓客和培訓人員入住。我的總結是現在的服務也衹能基本配套婚宴或培訓住宿了，如果是度假、休閑、商務招待之類的，這家酒店肯定不是一個好的選擇。附圖是浴室污垢

設施OK，中規中矩的酒店。第一晚入住時樓層的水管壞了，沒有熱水，無法洗澡。第二晚給調換了房間。離淮安市博物館比較近，到離市中心其他幾個旅遊景區有點遠，有較大的停車場，適合自駕遊帶車的入住人選擇。

這個賓館原名是淮州賓館，後來改名京士國際大酒店，地處繁華大道，交通方便，停車場也很方便且免費，服務態度好，服務周到細緻，鬧中取靜，性價比可以再提高！

這次到淮安來入住的這家京仕國際酒店服務非常貼心給我印象深刻，睡眠不好前台特意給我安排了朝陽的房間，入住客房還有贈送水果和宵夜。酒店在市中心鬧中取靜，在房間可以俯瞰市中心，房間還有貴妃椅和辦公桌設計非常nice~退房前台小姐姐很貼心哦還贈送了礦泉水錶揚
