酒店早餐很好吃，前台接待很耐心，主動幫給孩子加一份早餐，兩張1.5米床，我們帶孩子出門睡的很舒服，不用和孩子擁擠，酒店房間電視，小愛同學，自動窗簾，自動沖水馬桶，設施比較喜歡，桌椅也很人性化，停車場很多位置，地上地下都有，酒店周邊有商場，肯德基，24小時超市可以買東西，位置比較清凈，車很少安靜，去周恩來總理紀念館，河下古鎮景點都不算太遠

以前出差旅遊都會首選全季 這次真的太失望了，床單感覺非常不乾淨，我和男朋友住完以後兩個人都是過敏渾身疹子。胳膊腿腳後背手上全都是紅疹，當天發現過敏以後已經換過一次床單了，酒店工作人員給的回覆是床單洗的時候有洗劑可能我們對那個過敏，但不至於兩個人同時過敏吧，以前也住過這家，沒有出現過這種情況，不知道是不是五一人太多了清潔沒做到位…但是打掃的阿姨和客房服務的阿姨態度都很好 房間打掃的很乾凈，希望不要把問題歸咎給她們

去旅遊週末住的，晚上樓上裝修的聲音從8點多回去就有了 10點多打算睡覺了打了前台電話，前台説讓保安去找了，可是一直到凌晨1點半都沒停 ！！後來實在困也睡著了 結果！大早上6點10分！！樓上又開始打電鑽了！！！ 打電話給前台 問他們到底有沒有人管管 又説讓保安去找了 電鑽聲一直到7點多才停！找個裝修點要找1個小時嗎請問？小區的保安都比你酒店的強！勉強又睡了會兒，8點10分又又又開始了！！！我想問問酒店的交涉能力這麼差嗎？週末大清早這麼裝修合理嗎？！打電話3次 ，前台甚至沒有一次道歉的話！一直在推託説不是他們在裝修，**吧？服務行業是這麼做的嗎？視頻是6點10分被吵醒燈沒開錄的，第一次遇到這麼爛的酒店！

酒店很氣派，周邊交通和停車都很方便，旁邊就是奧萊商業體，吃喝都有。房間很大，設施很新，前台服務非常好，還送了早餐。晚上有點事麻煩了客房，還贈送了伴手禮。下次來淮安還是首選。
