房間環境還可以，但是細節方面有些地方落灰，整體還行，但是打掃房間的阿姨不怎麼樣，還沒到點就敲門催促，態度不好，給人留下不好的印象。

房間比較乾淨，就在商業學院附近，適合來考試的人居住。樓下有便利店還有商業街，基本都是小吃，整體體驗感還可以。民宿住宿退房都是網上交易很方便，不過這棟公寓好像有不同家民宿，有一個影音什麼的不知道是不是開看電影的那種房間在附近，休息的時候彷彿聽到有人在唱歌，還好聲音持續時間不長，整體沒有很吵。

房間的設備明顯使用過多次了，有些有一丁點的損壞，西浴室裏的那個洗浴頭好像不是很好洗的，不是很爽快

房間是我喜歡的類型，是公寓的單間。設施齊全，房間很乾凈，日常生活都可以，帶了電磁爐和鍋都可以做飯了。😋我選的這個格調氛圍感拉滿。娃住的不想走了，如果不是時間緊，可以住上三五日。🤩
這裡是淮安經濟開發區，離淮安東站半個小時車程，客運站也在附近，離裏運河文化長廊和花街很近，打車一口價十幾元。離白馬湖肥貓島和度假村，駕車車程45分鐘左右。滴滴打車也很方便，公交線路多，但是出行比較慢，看個人喜好。淮安人很熱情，我打車碰上了印哥，買不到回程票，還送我去南京了。送了我自家的冬棗。義烏送我們去白馬湖旅遊。説下次來淮安再帶我們全程逛。
老闆和老闆娘人也很好，要什麼給什麼，還吃了他家姑娘的喜糖。😋下次來淮安，還會住這裏。

就是床稍微動一下有聲音，其他的環境啥的都不錯，最喜歡的就是投屏，我可以看電影蠻不錯的，還是挺推薦去住的

馬桶太吵了要關掉不然幾分鐘一次上水，還有就是操作太煩了，還以為有前台直接刷卡進房那種，都要打電話掃碼操作很煩，折騰十來分鐘
