The room is big which is what I love the most! Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant! Wall above bathroom sink could be cleaned a bit better. Overall great experience! Would recommend and stay again in the future!

The room environment is great, dry and wet are separated. The lady at the front desk arranged a high floor for me. It was considerate and comfortable. The lady at the front desk introduced me to drive along the embankment of Hongze Lake to Baili Gallery Lake Highway. The scenery is great and suitable for checking in. , played Fantawild Night Club in the afternoon, I will come back if I have the chance, Baili Gallery is still under construction, the lake in the picture is in Shaxi 😊 It feels like Xiaoerhai

五一來洪澤遊玩訂了這邊，位置很方便，底商便利店奶茶都很便捷。當天到的很晚，工作人員耐心引導辦理入住，房間很寬敞，布草乾淨，睡得也不錯。返程發現證件落在酒店工作人員很熱情的幫忙寄回，給個大大的好評！下次來還會再次選擇這邊。

訂了三天的房間 衞生真的有待加強 還有椅子臟的怎麼拿到房間給客人用的 還有床上有頭髮 我都沒有拍了 還有我有提前打電話問他們能不能幫我把床拼一下 前台給我的回覆是他們沒有這項服務 不能拼 還有就是餐廳阿姨了 我早上6.50到的餐廳準備用餐 阿姨告訴我不可以用 因為7點開餐 還沒到用餐時間 態度很不好 我就跟阿姨説了 你們還有兩個菜沒有上 我不吃那兩個菜 我着急吃完準備送孩子上學 後來她就沒有支聲了
