住了三個晚上，三天都是無網絡，第一天入住打前台電話，説晚上工程部下班了，白天反饋解決，第二天晚上回酒店依舊沒網絡，前台同樣説法。第三天晚上還是沒網絡。前台的解決方案1工程不下班，2連隔壁房間用。
隔壁房間信號穩定能使用也不會頻繁聯繫你們前台。出差在外沒網絡真的很不方便，體驗感差。訂單中包含精美小零食也是沒有的，前台説給完了，好。現在酒店都是免按金的，平台上下單時也是顯示免按金，當了酒店還是一樣要收。不願付按金也可以，退房的時候等着檢查完房間再走。住過各個城市那麼多酒店，已經很久沒有遇見還這樣的。

酒店的氛圍很好 挺安靜的 前台小姐姐服務也很好 酒店位置便利 附近設施齊全 房間裏也特別乾淨 衞生這一塊挺好的 因為沒有來過淮濱 想吃這邊的特色早餐 小姐姐送了我一份 挺好吃的 推薦大家來住！很滿意的一次體驗
