我們是退休夫妻自駕遊一路走到懷化市的，昨天在攜程上找的這家凱里亞德酒店很滿意，是新裝修的，正好在一個大的十字路口，門口很寬敞，可以免費停車，前台小妹妹又漂亮又熱情，服務態度很好很貼心，幫我們免費升級了房間，進入房間也沒讓我們失望，房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，床上用品很新很舒服，衞生間還是自能馬桶，房間的顏色佈局燈光都很喜歡，沒有異味，強烈推薦給大家。

第一次入住，房間乾淨整潔，服務員特別熱情，房間乾淨整潔，房間還配有智能語音服務，離高鐵站近，對於我們旅遊的人來説中轉特別方便，還有高鐵接送服務，特別適合出差旅遊。

打車很方便 ，離熱鬧的步步高廣場、萬達廣場也近，晚上可以逛商場，這裏離高鐵站非常近，打車5分鐘就到高鐵南站了。酒店早餐品種豐富， 有水果、糕點、牛奶等應有盡有。房間很大， 比較寬敞明亮；有機器人送外賣，我女兒超喜歡。酒店大廳有小賣部，價格也比較親民。非常值得入住的一家酒店！！！

他們家服務很好，很周到，前台的小姐姐很是熱情。衞生更不要説啦，肉眼可見乾淨清爽，房間設施齊全舒適，他們家的早餐還挺不錯的，主食水果點心，基本都很齊全，味道也是很不錯

酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服環境也很贊。最主要的是乾淨衞生！這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值！而且酒店我們退了，由於事情沒辦完，二次重新開了房間，房間而且已經收拾好了，又讓我們免費入住的。前台接待的美女態度超級棒！下次有機會肯定還會再來。
