樓下就是步行美食街，很多好吃好逛的
早餐不好吃～不過這個價位也算OK吧
浴缸不太乾淨，下水道堵了的感覺，不敢用而且一次性浴缸套貴了…

到懷化本來訂了其他家酒店，結果沒空調，臨時換附近酒店，萬象大酒店不是新開業的，報着試試看的心情，讓服務員開房間看看怎麼樣，沒想到真的不錯，房間很大，乾淨整齊，尤其是23層040號服務員態度很好，熱情周到勤快，最終選擇入住，百分之九十是040服務員的功勞，坐便器坐墊有些鬆動，也是她幫忙修好的，酒店就在商業區，晚上有夜市一條街吃的，非常方便，入住體驗很好，滿意。

第一次入住此酒店，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，裝修風格豪華大氣，洗手間乾濕分離， 前台接待服務熱情，特別是客房服務譚女士，禮貌待人，主動招呼，微笑服務，噓寒問暖，使我感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。此次入住的感受兩個字：完美！以後來懷化出差還會入住此酒店。

環境很不錯，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣。房間空間足夠大，採光也很好，窗外景色宜人。但有一點小遺憾，不隔音 太吵

房間一般，也算對得起268一間的房價。但是服務這一塊真的坑人，我在攜程訂了4間房，268一間的。然後去開房時，升級一間為娛樂房，前台讓我加100塊，我直接微信給她轉了100，結果第二天打算續房時，發現被坑了，升級的房型根本不要加多100，衹需要加50，結果問前台，她各種理由，拒退多收的費用。最後，果斷放棄續房，另選了其它酒店。這樣的體驗太差了！
