酒店位置還算不錯，交通還算便利，靠近於懷化市體育中心，和懷化醫葯學院，服務人員態度還算不錯，就是酒店設備有點陳舊了，需要投資進行裝修了

酒店總體感覺非常好，裝修精緻，衞生間是乾濕分離的，床上用品和洗化用品品質都很不錯，拖鞋都是質量很好的那種，阿姨衞生打掃得很乾凈，服務很到位，酒店所處位置也非常好，鬧中取靜，洗澡熱水也很足，很有性價比。

住的舒服，周邊美食不錯，就是懷化去長沙的路上，堵了兩小時，凍雨半個小時，晚上七點平安到達。錯過了曾國藩故居的風景！

酒店整個環境服務真的無話可説，實在太好了，從住進去到離開酒店，酒店服務人員特別好，還給免費升級了房型，房間也很乾凈整潔，酒店春節氛圍也不錯，5分！！！

環境：還不錯，樓層高視野開闊，周邊購物外賣也比較方便。
設施：比較完善，停車方便，用餐環境也不錯，室功能分區合理，但附牆式吹風機電源線比較短，暖風熱力不強。
衞生：酒店控煙工作做得不好，電梯裏有很大的煙味。
服務：自助早餐品種豐富，尤其是各種點心比較多。服務人員能及時送來了電吹風；前台不備礦泉水，臨行時無法提供。
