Good hotel near South railway station. Nice rooms. Three elevators is not much for 30 floor building, but luckily the hotel wasn't nearly () fully occupied. Breakfast options a bit limited for a hotel like this. Chinese breakfast: few vegatable options. Western breakfast: good European style bread but nothing to put on it except jam.

It was my second time to stay this hotel. The overall stay was pleasant!Front desk was able to help managing transportation to high speed train as during Chinese new year taxi wasn’t sufficient. And I enjoyed the spa very well. For the improvement side I would like to say pay attention for towers because I noticed towers in my room were not in good condition.

首先聲明，住這麼多次酒店，這次讓我最感動，寫寫篇評價也完全是真心實意，絕對不是託。入住前，管家打電話來貼心諮詢有何要求，我説想要升級房型，對方一口答應，然後還問我大約幾點到酒店，好提前幫我開好暖氣。入住後，從前台，到保安，到清潔工，到餐廳工作人員，全程微笑，處處提供周到、貼心的服務，讓人覺得十分暖心。走的那天，管家親自送出酒店門口，人力資源經理還親自開奔馳商務車送我到高鐵站！這樣有誠意的服務，真的很讓人感動！酒店的位置、環境、早餐等各方面也是非常棒！這是一間值得強烈推薦的酒店！
