I was staying at the hotel in May. There were two things that impressed me. On the day of check-in, I encountered heavy rain because of the large luggage. The front desk brother took the initiative to hold an umbrella to carry the luggage for us. Instead, his clothes were mostly wet. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed rail ID card in the room. It’s too late to go back to the hotel to pick up. It’s this little brother who took the initiative to take a taxi to send me the certificate on the day of vacation. There is no delay in the high-speed rail. It can be seen that the hotel staff have a very strong service spirit and the service level is very high. I will definitely choose again next time I come to Huaihua. You guys!

又一次的出差，又一次的來懷化。又一次的熟門熟路的入住雅緻。一個常年出差住酒店的人，竟然把一個酒店住出了回家般的感覺。對於見識過各種各樣的酒店的我，真的很難相信，竟然還是有我這麼挑剔的人，甚至無法挑出毛病的酒店。沉穩卻不沉悶的裝修風格，靜怡沒有吵鬧的環境，周到細緻的安排和服務。甚至每次出差，都會特意看一下行程單有沒有懷化這個城市。人家都是遇到一個對的人，愛上了一座城市。而我，確實因為一家酒店。之所以喜歡雅緻，應該是能讓我在繁瑣的生活中，得到難得的喘息的時間吧。感謝亞亞小姐姐，給安排了自己特別滿意和熟悉的房間。客房服務也是這的讓我感受到那種家一樣的感受。江湖路遠，我相信，一定會再見。也謝謝雅緻，因為一次出差，發現了不一樣的美。

Great location, we got 2 bedrooms with river view, which was beautiful. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. TV was working fine, even found an English speaking channel. The reception staff were very patient and helpful with the topic of registering foreigners and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was the usual, fruit, boiled eggs, other vegetables and soup. Comfortable beds, working air conditioning. Over all a good stay and recommended.

非常好，前台小姐姐態度很好，後面續住了，阿姨還一直問需不需要打掃房間，應該是美女店長送了咖啡，早餐好吃，酒店設施也不錯，周圍也有很多飯店零食店！

房間整體佈局還可以，乾淨舒服，空調製熱效果一般，酒店位置不錯，就在經開區管委會旁邊，不遠處還有個舞陽公園。～缺點就是浴室的門縫關不緊，導致洗澡的時候水都從浴室門滲出去了，搞的浴室裏地上都是積水！建議維修一下，或者增加一條地巾！還有房間衹有小方巾，沒有那種正常的長毛巾！

房間乾淨，雖然酒店建設的時間比較久，但是因為最新裝修，整個感覺比較好，服務人員很熱情，附近有很多好吃的。
