I stayed here twice on business trips. The room design is very standard and the hygiene management is good. I love the bed the most, it is super soft and comfortable. I have stayed in Vienna in other places in Hunan, and the front desk of this hotel is the gentlest. The only drawback may be the sound insulation of the door, and the sound of people in the corridor is still a bit obvious. Of course, the overall room is great. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the parking lot is large, there is a foot bath on the second floor, there are many Xianglai Pavilion, hot pot. The rooms are large and renovated. You can see the river view opposite through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms have free snacks and disposable compressed face towels. Breakfast has coffee, sausage, Huaihua special rice noodles, many varieties, are my favorite taste. The front desk service was very good. When I checked in, the beauty at the front desk sent me a cup of tea and a small gift. When I checked out, I also sent 2 bottles of mineral water to take me away. The service details were in place.

The room is clean and hygienic, parking is very convenient, there are many parking spaces in the parking lot downstairs, and there are hotel parking spaces in the underground parking lot. Slippers are individually disinfected and packaged, and they are very safe to use, the price is very affordable, and the service is in place. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very open. Quite satisfied with a stay. I will stay here in Huaihua later.

Overall, it is OK, transportation and shopping are convenient. But the health is not satisfactory and there is a lot of dust. The windows are fake, the bed width is insufficient, and the store logo is messy, etc. do not match the platform display.

Staying the day before, I felt better and stayed for another day. The main feature is that the hotel is newly opened, the room facilities are complete, the use is good, and the service is very good. The room has no smell and the sound insulation is very good. The quiet room is on the inside of the community, really quiet.

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

由於年輕時對政府招待所的偏愛，退休出遊網上選擇了政府管理下的芷江賓館。如其所願，一切都那麼親切熟悉，環境乾淨整潔，賓館內場地很大，停車自由方便。房間中規中矩的大，沒計重新裝修也十分合理，床上用品非常乾淨，晚上根據前台提議在歺廳訂了兩份35元的盒飯，就在雅雅的歺廳中用歺，菜品量大味道可囗，似乎又回到計劃經濟會議伙食的歷史感受中。因為芷江賓館，也對芷江城區多了幾分好感，整潔温馨，是個懷舊的好去處。
