這次出行入住酒店的經歷，真是讓我五味雜陳。在這裏必須要好好誇誇攜程網，當我遭遇問題時，他們迅速響應，客服人員專業又耐心，協助我高效解決了難題，讓我心裏暖乎乎的，真的非常感謝！
但這家酒店，實在是讓我大失所望。在預訂前，看到網上評分高達5顆星，可實際入住後卻天差地別。另外房東還要求我付款100元按金，而之前攜程推廣上該酒店卻寫免按金的。還有房間裏連飲用水和拖鞋都不提供，給入住帶來極大不便。洗澡時熱水供應不足，體驗感直線下降。更讓人難以接受的是，房間衞生狀況極差，空調上積着一層厚厚的灰，被子和毯子上還有別人殘留的毛髮，看着就讓人噁心，勉強忍了一晚，第二天一早我就迫不及待地退房離開了。
這次真的是踩了個大坑，希望大家在選擇酒店時一定要慎重考慮，別被虛假的高分誤導 ，以免像我一樣糟心。
