從大堂到房間內寬敞明亮。房間卧具整潔舒適。工作人員文明禮貌，訓練有素。大堂副理玲玲對我們提出的問題能迅速到場，及時解決。十九層保潔員工作勤勞負責，房間打掃的非常乾淨。
早餐豐富，雞湯泡炒米，鴨血粉絲有特色。特別是金陵小廚雙人套餐菜品質量好，非常可口。
入住3天非常滿意，以後有機會我們還會再次入住。
