The front desk service is warm and the room facilities are complete. Clean and tidy. I am satisfied. I like Ma Yue and Ma Xiao at the front desk. The service is very good. I will come back when I am on a business trip.

Five-star price, three-star hardware, one-star service. Although it was newly renovated last year, there are many problems with the room. 1️⃣ The electric curtain hook 🪝 in room 1207 was broken and had to be manually operated; 2️⃣ The "Do Not Disturb" button was broken and did not respond no matter how I pressed it, causing the waiter to swipe the card to enter the door at 9 o'clock in the morning; 3️⃣ There was a downlight on the ceiling at the head of the bed, which lit/extinguished uncontrollably, so I had to sleep with an eye mask; 4️⃣ The safety bolt inside the door was broken, and the door could be opened even with the safety bolt hung (the safety bolt could not be stuck); 🖐🏻 As for the service, I won't complain. Some of the front desk staff acted like others owed him money. As a five-star hotel, they still lacked training; the cleaning lady was not good either. She didn't even make the quilt for me on the first day. Even the express hotel wouldn't dare to do this, right? If it weren't for the shortage of rooms during the Spring Festival, I would have changed hotels long ago and I won't stay there next year.
