Although it is called ”Little Travel Mini Apartment” and the people who live there are backpackers who don't know each other well, the room I booked for 6 people with bunk beds is very spacious, comfortable and bright, and it also has its own bathroom. My mother-in-law likes it very much. It was around two o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived at the small hotel. Although it was not check-in time, the receptionist was very accommodating when he saw the old man, allowing him to take a good rest. It is located in front of the train station and is accessible in all directions. There are breakfast shops, hot pots, 7-11, etc., which is very convenient. You can also rent a car next door.

Cozy House lives up to its name. It has a very friendly, handmade feeling to it. All the staff a very friendly and helpful. The common area, rooms and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Only three rooms share a single bathroom on each floor; I never felt impeded or uncomfortable. I’m so appreciative to be able to have a comfortable single room at a great price. Thank you Cozy!

TTomFraenkNice Hotel, central located, only a few minutes walk to central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with enough space. Free bike rental, breakfast and dinner included. In addition the hotel provides coffee, drinks, snacks and ice cream. Definitely me and my wife can recommended this beautiful hotel.

GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth and they gave me a guide sheet in Japanese so it was very easy to understand. The lounge was very comfortable and I was able to relax. The shower rooms for women have card locks so it's safe. There are many private rooms. Although it is a dormitory, the head part of the bed is made of thick boards and the curtains are thick and ample, so privacy is ensured and I felt at ease. There was a place to hang two coats at the foot of the bed, which was convenient.

AAnonymous UserWell located near the train station. Good hire bike offers and a decent breakfast. Good area to dry clothes after doing laundry. A little quiet/not massively sociable during the time we were there in the off season, especially since Taroko Gorge was shut. But would stay here again for sure.

55g5gFirst of all, thanks for the upgrade to two queen beds, but if I could, I would rather have a sea view room. Breakfast was good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and flies, and the food was not covered I booked a room for 4 nights, but on the third night when I was getting ready to go to bed, there was a loud noise and the lights were turned off and there was a power outage. The light from the flashlight in the room was very weak, so I had to use a phone flashlight. If a It would be really scary if you were staying there, and then suddenly you have to spend time moving to another room. The hotel staff didn't say anything about the reason. The air conditioning in the room after you moved is like a snow room. The heating has been adjusted to high temperature and it's freezing. Finally, I turned off the air conditioner. This experience cannot be repeated. Tomorrow morning, I also heard from the staff that there was a power outage in the other room...I don’t know why. The toilet is a Japanese toilet, which is good Overall, the other room is better.

EErnaThe hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

JJunhongWhen we arrived at the hotel that night, we asked the receptionist to help us check in, but the receptionist asked us to check in on the machine ourselves. As a result, we had to shuttle back and forth between the two buildings without being able to check in. Later, we returned to the previous one. At the counter, I asked the lady to check in. She said there might be something wrong with the machine, dizzy😵💫. In addition, I booked a room for two people and a room for one person, a total of two rooms. When the receptionist gave us the key card, she did not tell us that the room was a large one and a small room. It was not until the next day that I found out that the two people lived in a small room. Room, I think she should tell us about this. Two people can live in a large room without being so crowded. There was also no drinking water in the room, and the front desk staff didn't tell them in advance. Later, we called to inquire and found out that it was on the first floor. The hotel should have let passengers know this in advance, but they didn't. This was a terrible travel experience.

Ssl30neThis was a 1 night stay. We arrived around 9pm. The street parking was completely full. The staff said after 10pm the car parking lots should be free. But it remained occupied. We were directed to another car park named PP. Said to be complimentary. However, we ended up paying NTD 460 upon check out. There is not lift at the building. You have to carry up your own luggage. Water dispenser is available at ground floor. The building is quite old and needs renovation. The carpet and windows were dirty. Broken sockets. Stained pillow cases. The good thing is that they provide a one time use towel. Breakfast was minimal. Porridge, 4 simple condiments, meat bun and bread. No eggs. We came down at 8am and there was close to none except for buns.

It is only suitable for staying overnight. ⑦Breakfast is in B1. There is no elevator and you need to climb two flights of stairs. Elderly people with limited mobility may have difficulty. ⑧Poor cleanliness: There are many black spots and unknown black foreign matter on the sheets.
