Communication was very good, An Tong Hot Spring Hotel kept us informed and the staff were very friendly. We booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately the double bed room we had was tiny, the twin room was a reasonable size and the triple bedroom was also a very good size. However every room smelled horrible, the water from the shower smelled like sewage.
