The service from the staff was excellent. They were flexible in responding to our requests. Since communication is done via LINE, even people who don't speak the language can receive the service with peace of mind.

Wonderful and very gracious host. She worked hard to make sure our visit to Hualien was excellent. Nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Updated tile shower. The host prepared a delicious breakfast each day. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Hualien and look forward to visiting again and staying with Pure B&B.

房間很大很乾淨，而且吹風機不是固定在牆上的那一種～～開心死🤣 因為有嫩嬰，還好民宿有嬰兒澡盆可以提供，超貼心方便的，而且一進民宿就有一種讓人回到家的感覺，我很喜歡❤️❤️❤️ 附近晚上也是很安靜，寶寶睡覺不用怕被吵醒 訂房後要加民宿的官方LINE 除了可以方便跟他們確定入住時間跟聯絡以外，民宿主人還會傳一些週邊商家跟景點的訊息，如果是臨時起意來玩的不用怕不知道去哪👍🏻 入住的時候民宿主人還有請我們吃花蓮有名的提拉米蘇的蛋糕～我超喜歡吃這間的蛋糕😍😍😍 民宿離東大門夜市很近，開車5、6分鐘就到了 下次如果還有來花蓮 我應該還是會來這一間住⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super B&B - Heidi ist ein toller, warmherziger Host, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war groß und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab Tipps für die Umgebung und persönliche Empfehlungen für Restaurants - sogar mit Wegbegleitung.

民宿主人非常的熱情，我們到民宿之後很細心的協助我們停車，並且在入住前就先替我們打開冷氣，一進房間就能先好好休息一下，環境打掃的很整齊乾淨，空間也很明亮，浴室乾濕分離，還可以開暖氣，如果是面臨冬天，真的會很慶幸有這樣的設計，重點是民宿周圍環境很安靜，完全不會影響睡眠，距離市區並不會很遠，民宿主人也很貼心的提供很多花蓮美食資訊給我們參考，這次來花蓮的住宿體驗感覺非常好，下次再來花蓮玩還會考慮再來這 裡。
