Room was huge and very comfortable, including the mini pool in the room – note that hot spring water has a bit sulphury smell, though not too strong and it is a very small thing, compared to the bath bleaure. All environment was stunning, of course – the hotel is located directly in Taroko Gorge. Windows of my room faced forest and it was very quiet and relaxing.

A nice hotel that is very conveniently located near the Hualien Bus Station (5mins walk) and Hualien Train Station (10mins walk) which means transportation around the area isn’t an issue. The room was clean and spacious - can fit two full-sized luggage comfortably with ample walking space. The service was very prompt as well - called front desk for more hangers and received them between 5-10mins. Wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast as well - porridge with condiments, toasts, cooked food. Would recommend this hotel for the transport convenience, good service and room size!
