This is the worst Starway Hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the beds are unhygienic. I felt itchy all over the next morning after sleeping there all night. There were unknown objects that looked like feces on the floor, and there were watermarks on the sofa. Secondly, the facilities are poor. The shower room in the bathroom leaks, and water leaks everywhere when taking a shower. There are only cloth slippers, no rubber ones, so the slippers get wet. Thirdly, I don't know if it's the lobby manager or the boss who works at the front desk, but the woman's attitude is bad. I work in a travel hotel, and when guests make reasonable and legal requests, I cannot say no to them. They don't deserve to be called Starway Hotel

酒店地理位置很好，近化隆縣羣科商務中心樓，交通也非常方便，洗衣房也都非常乾淨先進，從入住酒店的前台小姐姐到打掃衞生的阿姨都非常的熱情，走的時候還給了幾瓶礦泉水讓路上帶這喝，總體來説真的是超級棒，下次來青海羣科新區還會選擇這家酒店的。

環境：就在化隆縣羣科新區商務中心樓附近辦公方便，安排的房間不臨街很安靜。
服務：從前台到客房打掃阿姨，所有的工作人員都很有禮貌，會主動給客人問好
