酒店人員偷拿我耳機。
耳機在酒店房間不見了，我拉開床墊找過，朋友也認真看過，床墊下沒有。第二天報警查監控，監控太長，需要一分一秒的看，想着天亮還有事，不看了，放棄了。回房間想着再努力一下，打開藍牙，顯示連接上耳機了，再打開查找耳機，然後播放聲音，你們猜，我的耳機在哪裡，在床墊下面，在昨天兩個人都看過的地方出現了，而且耳機倉還是打開的情況下，方便我查找耳機…真精彩，鼓掌，給甘肅環縣海天假日酒店的工作人員鼓掌！！

服務態度很差，我們過去床頭有煙灰，想着算了吧，可能沒看到，沒打掃，到晚上兩個朋友過來又開了一間，毫不誇張，兩張床上都有沒洗乾淨的幾大坨污穢圈，把客房服務員（中年女士，頭髮燙過，語氣差，態度差）叫過來讓看，結果就是人家一臉理直氣壯，還説那就看你們住不住了，不住就不要扒拉床，扒拉了還要人家鋪，一臉不屑，沒有一絲覺得是自己的問題，以前對海天影響挺好的，也住過幾次，就上次被他們那位女士客房服務員噁心到了。以後可能都不會去了。

體驗非常不好，入住時沒有注意有消費品，退房時前台説我消費了一瓶紅牛，我説我沒有消費，前台很不耐煩的説查房的服務員説房間少了一瓶紅牛，我説你們少了一瓶紅牛，我又沒喝跟我有什麼關係，結果前台很囂張的説沒有了就是你喝了，她們的行為讓我很鬱悶，我跟她説不清楚，讓她找領導來溝通，結果她説她們領導就在客房，必須要扣錢，我説我打12315投訴，結果前台又一次囂張的説隨便，愛到哪投訴就到那投訴，沒辦法我就打12315把情況説了，結果客服人員説這種情況他們也沒辦法，沒發證明是不是我喝了，還説我入住的時候有沒有核對消費品數量，我就納悶了，誰住個店還要核對這些呢，最後在我強烈要求下讓客服人員登記訊息 要求調查，此時前台看我真的打電話給12315了，她們又詢問了客房服務人員，客房服務人員説是上一個客人消費了她們沒有補上，是她們弄錯了，就不扣錢了。這件事情雖然錢不多但是夠噁心人的，在次提醒大家入住這家酒店要小心。

環縣故城非常有意思，有皮影戲表演，還有皮影製作顯示，大舞台也有表演。這家酒店步行到故城十分鐘左右，也有停車場，帶早餐，但缺點是房間地毯和窗簾很臟，煙味很濃，感覺像是老酒店重新粉刷，但是軟裝沒換新。
