第一次來到信陽潢川，通過攜程網入住這家酒店。酒店環境很好，旁邊有公園，有方便的停車場，房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，住的很舒適。前台接待很熱情，微笑的服務態度能讓每個客户賓至如歸！

服務態度賊好，因為我入住的這天下了大暴雨，我從外地來，下車時間是十點多，給前台打電話問可以十二點入住嗎？前台很熱情的説可以，實際我吃完飯到酒店十一點多還沒到十二點，前台還是很熱情的幫我辦理了入住，並且在外出的時候丟了皮筋，前台也很貼心給了我兩根，退房還送了小麪包和牛奶，性價比真的很高了，第一次這麼主動寫評論，是我外出住這麼多酒店來比較貼心的服務了！

在朋友的推薦下來到這個酒店🏨，當時入住很晚，這邊前台很細心給我回一個電話，問我這邊什麼時候到呢，我到了以後辦理入住期間，告知有免費的簡餐➕麪包牛奶，早上睡醒可以到前台領取哦，，哪裡都很好，就是房間小了點，很温馨呀，環境乾淨，自助洗衣機😄😄

房間是真的非常小，忘記拍了房間照片，非常小，我訂的那幾天價格比平時貴了好多，現在感覺好虧，房間又小住的也是非常不舒服，不滿意！！！
