我是第二次訂這家酒店了，從進酒店開始，服務就無微不至，前台艾經理非常熱情的給我們辦理入住，房間乾淨整潔，裝飾精美，細節之處盡顯用心。酒店的無線網絡速度超快，早餐品種也多，室外還有一箇中型遊樂場。青山綠水，環境也不錯，晚上的篝火晚會孩子們玩的非常開心。是一個遛娃的好地方。總之，這是一家性價比超高的酒店，值得推薦！

幫朋友訂的房，住的很滿意。夏天去的時候就覺得環境宜人，這次冬天來，體驗同樣很棒。人少安靜，更顯愜意。房間裏熱水供應穩定，暖氣也十足，完全沒有冬日的寒意。房間整潔舒適。服務人員的熱情周到，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。總之，各方面都很滿意，下次還會選擇這裏。

房間起碼應該備兩瓶礦泉水吧？周邊連個超市都沒有。房間裏煙味太重了。服務員雖然盡力，但難以彌補人數不足造成的服務質量欠缺。餐廳就餐，客人自己拿着lpad點餐，點完後服務員沒有和客人確認菜品，過了十幾分鍾過來説，你們的同一種涼菜點了二份，廚房已經做了，都得給你們端上來。這是誰的過錯？吵了幾句，叫來了值班經理，才給退了一份。服務員確實要加強培訓。
