再就是服務、前台服務真的沒話説、辦理入住是一位叫莎莎的小姐姐給辦理的、超級貼心、有耐心！還給推薦了附近的景區。尤其是五祖寺，去了 沒有讓我們失望😁 前台經理劉經理人也很好、還幫我拿行李、送我們上車！點贊👍🏻

酒店有種世外桃源的感覺，我們訂的這個房型就在湖邊，環境非常好。房間的備品用的是帕爾瑪之水，很不錯。早餐和晚餐都在酒店內的問梅山莊吃的，物美價廉。景區內全天都有演出，沿着東山古道可以直接到五祖寺。
稍顯不足的是有些軟件沒跟上，比如：擺渡車的等待時間比較長；想要前台送礦泉水，但是被告知衹能免費送一輪，再送就要收費咯；房間內的長柄傘是壞的。
