Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Perfect stay in this amazing mountain. The hotel is well located. Staff is really available to make the stay comfortable. Hotel has all services you need, you forget that you are on the top of a mountain with no access by road. Good job to all people who carry all the stuff on their strong shoulders ! Room was clean, very confortable bed. On the morning the hotel organize a sunrise tour and you have a special jacket in your room as it is quite cold in the morning. The food is great with plenty of delicious choices. I highly recommend.

I planned to bring my children to climb Huangshan Mountain during the winter vacation. I originally wanted to stay in a hotel halfway up the mountain, but I decided to stay in a hotel closer to the old street because I couldn't get in and out freely. The children chose Huiman among the hotels with high-rise views and garden views. It was really nice to stay there. The day before check-in, Huiman's housekeeper called to ask if we needed to pick up the airport and station. When we learned that we were driving by ourselves, we reserved a charging parking space for us and told us to notify us in advance before arriving on the day. We would greet them at the door and preheat the room. After arriving on the day, the front desk supervisor and housekeeper were very enthusiastic. They helped us take our luggage to the room and introduced the hotel's landscape. Many five-star hotels may not be able to do this. The hotel is adjacent to Xin'an River. The family room we stayed in faces Xin'an River directly. It is a starting fee away from Tunxi Old Street/He Street and Liyang in Lane. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The hotel's garden landscape is very good, with a scene at every step, and the layout is also very attentive. If you come in spring, summer and autumn, you can imagine being in it. It is very beautiful and interesting, but the scenery in winter is a bit inferior. The family room is very suitable for a family of three. The king-size bed is very large, and there is also a single bed for the child to sleep on. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, not sagging or hard. Three Qiyun Mountain tickets were given upon check-in. After climbing the mountain, a bath in the bathtub immediately relieved the soreness of the feet. The next day, I climbed Huangshan as energetic as ever. There are shower slippers in the bathroom, which is a noteworthy detail, but there is no clothesline or the like. However, there is a dryer in the lobby and a clothes drying rack in the public area downstairs. The variety and quality of breakfast can only be said to be enough to eat, and there is still a lot of room for improvement. The service attitude is very good, and the buffet is still guaranteed even if the occupancy rate is very low. If you don't sleep well, it is not recommended to book a room near the river, because it is close to the road and it will be a bit noisy at night. Everything else is good

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

The room I stayed in last night was very cozy. I could hear birds singing in the morning. The air was very good. I plan to bring my family here to experience RV camping during the National Day holiday, and there will also be a barbecue and fireworks festival. This is a small treasure camping site worth a small gathering with a few friends, with few people and beautiful scenery...

The room is very big and has floor-to-ceiling windows with mountains on three sides. The view is super good, whether you are sitting on the lazy sofa in the room or lying on the bed to rest and look at the scenery. The central air-conditioning, smart toilet and TV box are very convenient. The boss is very nice. Take your luggage. We moved up to the 5th floor in Huangshan. The pick-up and drop-off were very enthusiastic. The breakfast was also good. The children still missed the big bed in the hotel when they came back. It was so good to sleep in.

The hosts in this hostel are incredibly kind. They drove us everywhere, including to the hospital to do our pcr tests before our train back to Shanghai and before going to the Huangshan park. They provided us with fruit and baozi on request and laid out the best route for us when visiting the park. They even allowed us to cancel one night at their place in the middle of our stay so we could stay that night in Huangshan Park. The breakfast was simple but generous and the evening food is home-cooked and delicious. I can recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit huangshan and stay for a couple of extra days as well

Hotel is conveniently located along Tunxi Old St near the main entrance. Staff is very friendly. There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry. My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level. Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back.
