After booking the room, I reminded the hotel to put the two rooms together as much as possible. They did a good job in this regard and booked the rooms in advance. But the room was really bad because we arrived late at night, after 10 o'clock. Otherwise I really have to move and change hotels. ! The room facilities are too old! The room was moldy, the walls were cracked, the ceiling was falling off, there was dirty paper and dirt under the bed, and the hot water was actually from an electric water heater! We came to Rongsheng Kanglv, but found such a shabby house! The TV didn't work, the maintenance guy was quick but it was too late and didn't want anyone to bother us! That night I communicated with the front desk about how the hotel would handle the room difference, and they said they would give feedback to the hotel management, but there was no news until the next morning! I took the initiative to contact the front desk again. The first service staff said that there was no way to solve it and the room was just like that. Later, someone else came and I asked their housekeeping department to come and check the room! The housekeeping department came to the room and began to apologize to me, and their attitude was quite sincere! I didn’t want this to ruin my trip, so I just gave him a breakfast voucher and stopped worrying about it! I got angrier and angrier as I thought about it at night, and the front desk still hasn't apologized!

The room is very nice, the environment is good, and it is relatively close to the Huangshan Scenic Area. It is very worthwhile to stay in such a hotel at this price during holidays. The supporting facilities near the hotel are also relatively complete. Restaurants and shops are very close. It is a very satisfactory trip from all angles.

The room was nice, with fruits carefully prepared and some dolls prepared for the children, but I forgot to take pictures. There was also a small tent, and the children were very surprised! I was too careless to prepare a good guide before going there. I didn't read the room introduction carefully, didn't find out there was a hot spring, and didn't let my family bring swimsuits. It is said that swimsuits should be sold in other buildings of the hotel. We lived in Building 1, but we left early and came back late, so we didn't have time to buy them. We just let the children go into the water in shorts and vests, and the others just soaked their feet. The service was super good, but there was a problem with the air conditioning facilities in the room. It might be due to the New Year, so the maintenance was not in place, but the ladies actively handled the problem and solved it with a heater. Although it is not perfect, the merits outweigh the flaws. I like the service! It can be the first choice to go again! recommend
