Huangshan Bai Yun Hotel

the hotel was excellent. above and beyond any expectations. the front desk lady Xiao Mei and another lady surname Yeh were the most outstanding. the manager of restaurant was beyond excellent. room was so cute and clean. they think of everything. they are better than many four seasons and ritz Carlton hotels I've stayed at in nyc and Hong Kong. the location is the best. there is no other place to stay. the sunset and sunrise views are easily accessible from here.

Staying at this hotel on Huangshan Mountain was an unforgettable experience. Located at an elevation of around 1800 meters above sea level, reaching the hotel was an adventure in itself. We took a cable car followed by a two-hour scenic hike through the breathtaking mountain trails. Huangshan is famous for its stunning landscapes, with jagged peaks, ancient pine trees, and a mystical sea of clouds—everything here feels like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. The hotel’s facilities and service went beyond all our expectations. Despite its remote location, everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort. The manager, (Miss. Song Shulin) ,in particular, was incredibly attentive, helping us with everything we needed. Their dedication made our stay truly special. Our room was on the fifth floor, and while there was no elevator, the stairs were not difficult to climb. The view from our room was absolutely worth it! From the window, we could see the mountains and dense forest stretching into the horizon, a sight that left us speechless. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped, with cold and hot water working perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable in the chilly weather. The temperature was around -1°C during our visit, but the natural beauty and serene atmosphere more than made up for the cold. Surrounded by pine trees and the crisp mountain air, the location felt like a peaceful retreat far from the bustling world. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone planning a visit to Huangshan Mountain. It’s not just a place to stay but a once-in-a-lifetime experience that combines the magic of nature with warm, heartfelt hospitality. A must-visit!

I really enjoyed our stay. They had great buffet at great price, the hotel is clean so far, met travellers from other countries. Our hotel manager 黄星华 was phenomenal, checking in with our needs on WeChat and gave us a complimentary gift goodie bag and coffee! Over one night stay.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was very good, 5-10min walk from/to the peak. They provided heavy jackets in the room which were super helpful if you want to see the sunset and sunrise. The room manager Yanyan was extremely helpful and responsive. They also offered snacks and drinks, giving you the home feel after a long day. Definitely recommend to people coming to visit.

We are served by a very friendly staff 艳艳。 She updated us on the route and timing for Sun rise and Sun set. the room is clean and they allowed us to change room readily due to direction preferences. We also got free cups of drinks and packets of tea.
